I?m posting here because I frequently am asked for this, and prospective buyers should be aware of all it contains. It helps to understand what makes Klondike the great place it is to own.
For example, something I am asked frequently when I list a property at Klondike, it is NOT permissible to live at Klondike as your primary residence. This is a hard no. So if you?re looking for a year-round home, this is not the place.
It is an absolutely wonderful place to own and visit, and stay even full-time from 5/1 through 10/15 each year, but the rest of the year is great for occasional, short term, visits.
