Klondike campground is open year round, but may not be used as a primary residence.  Only weekend/vacation use is permitted during the winter months.

I am interested in buying in Klondike but would like to lease a spot first to get a feel for the place.  I have a very well behaved older dog (40 lbs).  Would prefer spot with screened in porch.  I could rent the month of September 2019 and/or season of 2020.
