Rental 2024 and thanksgiving 2023

We are looking for
a.  a rental for the weekend of thanksgiving, Friday to Monday (2023)
b.  a rental for some or all of the 2024 season.  would love spring and fall;  but would do whenever you had
2 adults (over 50) and 2 very well behaved dogs, but for thanksgiving they won't be joining us so just us.

we had met with one of your board members and your realtor over the summer, we are hoping in 2 to 3 years to be buying.

Hello - I am thinking about purchasing also. Curious if Summer Rentals are common and what the going rate would be. I live near the beach so would rent out for beach months and enjoy the property  in spring and fall.... If I could find an every summer renter it would increase the chance of me buying one

Hi Laura and Mike! Good to see your names here! Just a FYI? minimum rental period allowed under our bylaws is a 30 day lease. Anything less could get the owner into violation status. 🙂

Klondike community: This couple would be a magnificent addition to our community, based on my getting to know them during our property tour this past summer. If I were renting my site, I would rent to them. 👍
